Acceptance

By creating an account or using the KidKoins service, you agree to these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use KidKoins.

Account

To use KidKoins you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keeping your login credentials and children's PIN codes secure.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children you add.

Use of the Service

KidKoins is intended as a tool for families to motivate children to complete tasks. You agree to:

• Only use the service for its intended purpose.
• Not abuse the service or interfere with other users.
• Not post content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without our permission.
• Not attempt to circumvent the security of the service.

Beta Terms

KidKoins is currently available as a free beta. This means:

• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or error-free operation.
• Features may be changed, added, or removed without prior notice.
• We may end the beta at any time with reasonable notice.
• After the beta period, paid subscriptions may be introduced.
• Your data will be preserved when the service transitions from beta to a paid model.
• We value your feedback and suggestions to improve the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Appsession B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months (during beta: zero).
• We are not liable for disruptions in third-party services (Microsoft Family Safety, iOS Screen Time, AWS).
• We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to KidKoins, including but not limited to the brand, software, design, and content, belong to Appsession B.V. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial use.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms.
• You abuse the service or harm other users.
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice).

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.

Changes

We may modify these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. By continuing to use the service after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
